Ahmed Hashim, S, 1991 - 1995
Ahmed is often described as the most dominant defensive player in league history. He is in the BCAFL Hall of Fame, was named League Defensive Player of the Year in the 1993 - 1994 season and represented the Great Britain Bulldogs on two occassions. He is also the only player in team history to be nominated to the All-College 1st Team for two years running. In honour of his contribution to the team, Ahmed's number, #25, is retired.

Jeremy Wood, HC, 1994 - 1995, 1998 - 2002
Woody's Head Coaching Record is 29-22-2 (0.566). This, however, does not tell the whole story of how Jeremy Wood took an 0-8 team to win the Northern Conference in just three years. He was named National Coach of the Year for the 1999 - 2000 season when he took the Lemmings to the College Bowl.

Bryan Mann, LB/FB, 2001 - 2006
Bryan Mann's contribution to the team came over an extended period of time, where he was the dominant player on the team. He was nominated to the All-College 2nd Team in 2002 and again in 2005. He also represented the Northern Conference Allstars in successive seasons throughout his time with the team. As a leader, his off-the-field contributions matched his emphatic playing credentials.

Andy Hill, LB/OL/FB, 1996 - 1999, 2000 - 2003, Head Coach, 2005 - 2008
Andy Hill's representation of the club spans well over a decade, throughout which time his contribution has been of the highest order. As a player, he was elected to the BCAFL Hall of Fame and named League Defensive Player of the Year for the 2001 - 2002 season. He represented the Great Britain Lions on two occassions and then once again as a Coach. Being nominated to the All-College first team only once, in 2002, Andy remedied that by making Northern Allstar appearances on no fewer than six occassions.

Alan Stocker

Ian Morgan, OL/DL, 1991 - 1995, Coach 1995 - 1996, 1998 - 2006
Ian Morgan was nominate to the All-College 1st Team in 1995, his final year as a Lemming. As a Coach he saw many of his positional players achieve Great Britain and All-College honours and was a coach of the Northern Conference All-Stars on multiple occasions

Jeff Brown, FS, 2000 - 2003
The Lemmings' first NFL Europe representative, Jeff Brown went on to win the World Bowl with Frankfurt. As a Lemming, he was nominated to the All-College 2nd Team in 2001. Jeff represented the Northern Conference Allstars in 2002

Piers Hampson, FB/DL, 2003 - 2006, 2007 - 2008
Piers Hampson is one of the most diverse players in recent Longhorns history, playing both Offensive and Defensive lines, Linebacker, Fullback, Running Back and Quarterback during his career. He represented the Northern Conference Allstars on two occasions as a Fullback. Piers was also the club's President for two seasons

Roger Brown, OL, 1990 - 1994, Coach 1995 - 1997
Roger Brown's career pre-dated representative honours, nonetheless he was a valuable member of the Lemmings class that won more silverware than any other. His contribution came as much off the field, for his organisation and leadership, as on it.
The following players have all been inducted into the Hall of Fame
